Royals 5, Brewers 2 and Cardinals 6, Yankees 5

The Royals capped off the weekend with a win. Kansas City defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 5-2 at Surprise Stadium. Jac Caglianone (Cag-Lee-Own) went 2-for-2 with a solo home run in the victory. Jonathan India hit his first spring homer on a leadoff blast in the first inning. The Royals are now 10-6-and-1. They host the Cleveland Guardians this afternoon.

he St. Louis Cardinals rallied for a go-ahead run in the bottom of the eighth inning during a 6-5 Spring Training win over the New York Yankees at Lee Health Sports Complex. Cesar Prieto hit a solo home run in the inning to put the Cardinals up for good. Alec Burleson, Nolan Gorman, and Matt Koperniak also went deep in the victory, while JoJo Romero picked up the win in relief. St. Louis is 8-and-8 in exhibition play. The Cardinals send Sonny Gray to the mound against the Mets this evening.
