Kenneth Lee Hedden, age 79 of Thayer, MO, was born November 20, 1945, in Thayer, MO, and passed away March 5, 2025, at his home.
Survivors include: his wife of 56 years, Connie Mae (Clark) Hedden; 2 children, Allen Hedden (Heather) of Mountain Home, AR, Susan Vanderpool (Tim) of Mammoth Spring, AR; 4 grandchildren, Tyler (Allie), Devin (McKaelin), Gracie (Tony), Maddy; 2 great-grandchildren, Tayte & Jovie; 3 brothers, Marvin (Sharon), Stanley, & Gordie (Rhonda); several special nieces & nephews; and numerous other relatives & friends.
He was preceded by: his parents, Ellis Van & Exie Elizabeth (Ragan) Hedden; his father & mother in-law, John & Clestyl Clark; 5 brothers, Ronnie, Jesse, Johnny, Richard, and infant brother, Roy Wayne.
Kenneth worked for the city of Thayer alongside his brother Stanley for 43 years. He was an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the St. Louis Cardinals and enjoyed spending time deer hunting. Most of all, his grandchildren & great-grandchildren were the love of his life.
Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, March 8, 2025, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with Bro. Kevin Hedden officiating, and burial following in the Thayer Cemetery. Visitation will be 1pm-2pm Saturday, just prior to the service.
