West Plains Schools is providing free physicals for students planning to participate in Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) activities or attend summer camps. These physicals are a requirement to ensure student eligibility for sports and other extracurricular programs.
The free physicals will be available at the OZH Zizzer Clinic on the following dates:

Students and parents are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling (417) 505-7123. Participants must bring the required forms, including the MSHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Form and the Annual Requirements Form, which can be accessed on the West Plains High School website or the MSHSAA website.
This initiative ensures that all students have access to the necessary health evaluations before engaging in school-sponsored athletic and activity programs.
