Courtney Boyd, 39, of Marmaduke – Failure to Appear (Misdemeanor) on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of an Instrument of Crime, and Public Intoxication
Quandre Childress, 19, of Newport – Hold for Other County/State
Michiel Clute, 49, of Cherokee Village – Public Intoxication and Careless/Prohibited Driving
James Fitzpatrick, 55, of Garfield – Failure to Appear on Speeding and Driving on a Suspended/Revoked License
Randall Hill, 56, of Corning – Hold for Other County/State
Anila Manganaro, 47, of Ash Flat – Domestic Battering (2nd Degree)
Tevis Matty, 41, of Batesville – Failure to Pay on Disorderly Conduct, Probation Violation, and Direct Contempt of Court
Cody Moore, 33, of Paragould – Failure to Appear and Failure to Pay on Domestic Battery (3rd Degree)
John Nye, 53, of Cherokee Village – Contempt of Court
Richard Philpott, 58, of Williford – Disorderly Conduct and Aggravated Assault

Mindy Wells, 37, of Hardy – Theft of Property, Financial Identity Fraud of the Elderly/Disabled, Theft of Property ($25,000 or more), Residential Burglary, and Forgery (1st Degree)
Jason Wilkerson, 46, of Cave City – Contempt of Court
Community Service Program Update
From March 30 to April 5, 2025, a total of 344 hours of community service were completed across Sharp County. Inmates participating in the program worked on various local projects at Tri-County Recycling, the Sharp County Road Department, the Sharp County Courthouse, and with both the City of Hardy and the Main Street Hardy Association.
The program, coordinated by Brian Watson, is designed to help inmates pay off fines while giving back to the community.
