Doniphan Man Facing Multiple Charges After Fleeing Patrol

Doniphan, MO. – A man from Doniphan has been arrested Sunday after fleeing from the Highway Patrol.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Andrew Faler, 37 of Doniphan, was arrested at 7:30pm yesterday. He is facing charges including felony aggravated fleeing stop or detention, careless and imprudent driving, speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to signal, and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Faler was taken to the Carter County jail as a part of his arrest on a 24-hour hold.
