West Plains, MO. – Those around West Plains with a teenager who has interest in emergency services should pay mind to a program with openings announced by the Howell County Rural Fire District.
Officials with the fire district state that their Junior Program has openings for this year, applicable for those aged 16-18 who live in either the Howell Rural District, or within the city limits of West Plains.
