ASH FLAT, Ark. — According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated in Sharp County during the week of May 11 through May 18.
Idajay Aragon, 36, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for third-degree assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and possession of Schedule VI less than 4 ounces.
David Bates, 42, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for breaking or entering, theft of property valued at $5,000 or more but less than $25,000, and habitual offender.
Talon Blackhawk, 27, of Hardy, was arrested on a parole/probation hold.
Roger Bodine, 44, of Williford, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, possession of Schedule VI less than 4 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Morris Brown, 59, of Sulphur Rock, was arrested for third-degree domestic battering.
James Cain, 61, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for calling 911 for the purpose of making a false alarm, complaint or report.
Cambron Cannon, 24, of Arkansas, was arrested for violation of a protection order.
Brian Chavers, 36, of Cave City, was arrested for second-degree terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct.
Matthew Cooper, 26, of Russellville, was arrested for violation of suspension or probation.
Tammy Cotton, 54, of Sulphur Rock, was arrested for third-degree assault on a family or household member, second offense.
Jeffery French, 65, of Batesville, was arrested for driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, first-offense driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit and driving left of center.
Martin Goodman, 47, of Smithville, was arrested for driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.
Killila Greathouse, 40, of Fayetteville, was arrested for failure to appear on disorderly conduct and refusal to submit to arrest.
Shawn Griffin, 46, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for felony fleeing, first-degree terroristic threatening, driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Kristi Hagan, 44, of Calico Rock, was arrested for theft of property valued at $1,000 or less.
Calvin Harrell, 48, of Cash, was arrested for failure to appear on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.
Joshua Hillstrom, 48, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for public intoxication.
John Landers, 49, of Cave City, was arrested for second-offense DWI, felony fleeing and second-degree terroristic threatening.
Jennifer Liles, 33, of Walnut Ridge, was arrested for harassing communications.
Bryan Martin, 60, of Evening Shade, was arrested for second-degree domestic battering.
Billy Mask, 37, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no seat belt and weekender.
Jonathon Passmore, 25, of Batesville, was arrested for failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of careless and prohibited driving, no child restraint, no proof of liability insurance and fictitious tags.
Jordan Sample, 44, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for DWI-drugs, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and fourth-offense driving while intoxicated.
Jeri Slarrow, 49, of Bloomfield, Mo., was held for another county or state.
Timothy Strain, 46, of Cave City, was arrested for public intoxication.
Jonathan Tenner, 48, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for failure to appear on driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license and no proof of liability insurance.
Kymberlie Watson, 36, of Cave City, was arrested for third-degree domestic battering.
Emily Wyatt, 26, of Calico Rock, was arrested for theft of property valued at $1,000 or less.
All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
