Mark White, director of veteran services at Missouri State University–West Plains, will retire June 1 after 15 years as a full‑time staff member. White joined the university in 2011 as the Veterans Incentive Program project coordinator and was named director of veteran services in November 2022. He also completed the campus’s Grizzly Ambassadors Program in 2023.
During a reception on May 6, MSU‑WP Chancellor Zora Mulligan presented White with a certificate recognizing his service and a piano‑arch mantle clock in appreciation of his contributions to student veterans and the campus community.
