A West Plains woman was booked into the Howell County Jail early Saturday on felony drug charges.
According to the Missouri State Highway patrol arrest records, 44‑year‑old Dottie A. Estabrook is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Estabrook was taken into custody just before 2 a.m. on May 23.
