Mountain View, MO. – Local branch of the Agape House, which provided shelter to those seeking to escape domestic abuse, has stated they are almost at capacity and are running out of supplies during a tight year.
Executive Director Teresa Price stated that this tight year is the result of budget cuts at both the federal and state levels. Donations of all kinds are being accepted, including funds, cleaning and hygiene products, and more.
Donations to Agape House can also be eligible for a 70% tax credit, giving those who donate incentive to do so.
Price also stated her thanks for the community and those who have stepped up in the past, helping them achieve their goals of supporting victims.
Those seeking to reach out to Agape House may do so by dialing 417-934-5721 or 417-934-0363.
