An 18‑year‑old man from Ozark was moderately injured in a single‑vehicle crash Sunday evening on County Road 443, about twenty miles southwest of Ava in Douglas County.
The Highway Patrol says the southbound 1993 Chevrolet Suburban ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a fence and a tree. The driver, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken by ambulance to Cox South in Springfield.
