West Plains, MO. – Next week, on June 13th, the Howell County MU Extension Office will be hosting a workshop for the purpose of farm & ranch estate planning.
This free workshop is being put on by Ford Estate Planning and Elder Law, found in West Plains. They will be discussing the role of Trusts, Wills, Power of Attorney, and more, especially in the context of how a business in agriculture is transferred from one generation to the next with the least cost to beneficiaries. This will begin at 10am, and continue to noon.
