Two people from Edgar Springs were injured Wednesday morning in a single‑vehicle crash on U.S. 63, two miles north of Houston.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the crash happened at 7:50 a.m. when a southbound 2006 Chevrolet HHR traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. The driver, a 20‑year‑old woman, and her 63‑year‑old passenger were both wearing safety devices and suffered minor injuries.

Both were transported by ambulance to Texas County Memorial Hospital. The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene. Houston Rural Fire Department assisted at the crash site.
