A West Plains man is being held on a 24‑hour hold after Howell County deputies arrested him on multiple felony and traffic charges. Deputies say 49‑year‑old Garren R. Davis was taken into custody Friday morning.
Davis is charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child, felony possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He also faces several traffic violations, including failure to signal, equipment failure, failure to affix plates, no seatbelt, and driving while suspended.
