At 8:25 p.m. on Monday, June 15, 2026, resident Charles Stutts, DOC No. 162173,
confined at South Central Correctional Center, was pronounced dead at Texas County
Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri.
Stutts was a 70-year-old resident serving a 300-year sentence for two counts of forcible
sodomy and one count of forcible rape from Callaway County and two counts of sodomy
and one count of rape from Boone County. Stutts was received in the Missouri
Department of Corrections on Sept. 17, 1985.
