Funeral Services for Patricia Norene Hays, Age 80 of Willow Springs, Missouri will be held on Saturday, June 27th, 2026 at The St. Joseph Mission Church, Pomona, Missouri, beginning at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 26th, 2026 at The Robertson-Drago Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 PM. Burial will be in The St. Joesph Cemetery, Pomona, Missouri.
Patricia “Pat” Norene (Wood) Hays passed away on June 21, 2026, at the age of 80. She was preceded in death by her husband’s Joe Smith, Arnold Stillwell, and Jacob Hays; her parents Harvey and Helen Wood; and her sisters Elizabeth Wood and Laura Jean Scheideman (Baker), brother Floyd Wood, and Son Bobby Stillwell. She is survived by her sisters Paula Corl, Teresa Clinton and brother Bill Wood; her children Joe Smith, Ernie Smith, Bruce Stillwell, Jack Hays Jr., Jim Hays, and William “Travis” Stillwell; as well as her many grandchildren and great‑grandchildren.
Born in Council Grove, Kansas, Pat later made her home in Willow Springs, Missouri area, where she met her first husband, Joe Smith, who tragically passed in a motor accident. She later married Arnold Stillwell, and in time, Jacob Hays, with whom she shared many years until his passing.
Pat lived with a spirited heart and a deep love for helping others. Through her work with Home & Interiors, she touched countless lives—building homes, friendships, and memories. She embraced life’s adventures, seizing opportunities to travel and cruise to beautiful places with her husband.
Pat’s legacy is one of family, honesty, resilience, and generosity. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
