West Plains Public Library is excited to welcome back Will Stuck, noted librarian, entertainer, and all-around creative inspiration! Will is returning to the library to share his talents in a fun and engaging class where young artists will learn how to create their own cartoon characters.
Join us on Tuesday, June 30 for an afternoon of imagination, laughter, and drawing as Will guides participants through the process of bringing cartoon creations to life.
