The SAR and DAR organizations are working together to put on a fireworks show on July 8th, which will include two readings of the Declaration of Independance to help celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. Various civic-minded organizations will be present, and the event is free. The first reading will take place at 5pm at the Courthouse, with the second being at 8pm at Zizzer Stadium, preceding the fireworks.
