The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested two West Plains residents on Wednesday evening; both are charged with drug trafficking.
According to the arrest reports 46-year-old Sherri L. Houge and 56-year-old Robert W. Jamison were arrested around 8:00 and transported to the Howell County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
