IZARD COUNTY, Ark. — Izard County Sheriff Charley Melton released the following weekly incarceration report dated July 6.
All people listed are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
Lisa McCumber, 64, of Norfork, was arrested June 29 on charges of defective lights, noise or smoke producing device, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. She was also charged as a habitual offender.
Logan Phelps, 30, of Melbourne, was arrested June 29 on a Fulton County warrant for failure to appear.
Blake Moss, 38, of Olathe, Kansas, was arrested July 2 on a Kansas warrant for petition to revoke supervision. Moss is also awaiting formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
Johnson Clark, 19, of Cabot, was arrested July 3 on charges of driving with no driver’s license and DWI.
Natalie Hagan, 19, of Calico Rock, was arrested July 3 on charges of third degree domestic battery and third degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
Blake Hagan, 27, of Calico Rock, was arrested July 3 on charges of third degree domestic battery and third degree endangering the welfare of a minor.
Eric Krahl, 53, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested July 3 on charges of no vehicle license and driving on a suspended driver’s license. Krahl also had a Fulton County warrant for failure to appear.
