Robert C. Spring, 76, of Licking, passed away July 11, 2026, surrounded by his close friends. Robert was born in Camp Hood, TX on February 4, 1950, to Elbert Spring Jr. and Edna (Stults) Spring.
Robert as a welder and a boilermaker. He welded all over the country, teaching the trade to many others. Robert loved fishing and was a gun advocate. He competed and won many trophies in combat competition tournaments.
Robert was a private man, but if you were his friend, you were a friend for life.
Robert is survived by several good friends and neighbors.
Per his wishes, Robert was cremated and will be buried in the Licking Cemetery alongside his parents. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
