According to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Detective Nathan Long began investigating after relatives of a juvenile reportedly discovered videos involving Setzer and the child on July 8.

Authorities said Setzer left the area before a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was later taken into custody in Greene County and extradited to Douglas County.

After being advised of his Miranda rights, Setzer reportedly admitted to the alleged acts during an interview with investigators, according to the sheriff’s office.

Douglas County Sheriff Chris Degase thanked the Greene County Sheriff’s Office for its assistance in locating and apprehending Setzer.

All charges are allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
