A Rolla woman suffered minor injuries Monday after a deer struck her vehicle on U.S. Highway 63 at the southern Houston city limits.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the 23‑year‑old was driving south in a 2015 Ford Focus when the deer entered the roadway and hit the driver’s side door.

She was transported by private vehicle to Texas County Memorial Hospital.
