Memorial Services for Mable M. Werher, Age 77 of Norwood, Missouri will be held on Saturday, August 9th, 2026 at The Union Grove FWB Church, Norwood, Missouri, beginning at 2:00 PM.

Mable Marie (Caldwell) Wehrer was born May 28, 1949 to John and Lela Caldwell in Mountain Grove, Mo. She departed this life on July 23, 2026 in her home in Norwood.
Mable grew up in Norwood and graduated from Norwood High School in 1967. It was around this time that she met the love of her life, Jr. They married in February of 1968 and their daughter Tammy was born that year in October. They lived in Kansas for a while after that and moved back in the early 70s to the Norwood, Mountain Grove area. In 1976 a second child was born, a son, Chris. In July of that year they moved into their forever home, next door to where Mable was born and raised. Mable was working at Brown Shoe Company in Mountain Grove, where she put in 24 years there till they shut the factory down. After that she worked at French’s in Springfield where she retired from in 2012. She made lifelong friends at both of these places of work.
Mable was an active gardener, loving to plant flowers and do yard work when she was able. She was also a sports enthusiast and loved going to her kids and grandkids high school sports activities, whether it was baseball, softball or basketball. She was proud of her kids and grandkids accomplishments. She was a caring and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of almost 54 years, Jr. and her daughter, Tammy.
She is survived by her son Chris and his wife Michelle, her Son in Law Wesley Cudworth. 2 granddaughters, Brianna and Brooke Cudworth. 2 Grandsons Tyler Wehrer and his wife Katrina, Brayden Wehrer and his fiancé Adrianna Fullmer, 4 great grandchildren, Aubree, Quincy, Brooks, and Laynie Wehrer. 1 brother JC Caldwell and his wife, Judy and many nieces and nephew from South Carolina stretching across to California.
