According to the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office, Captain Lisa Noble responded on July 27 to a report involving an alleged sexual assault of a juvenile. After conducting an extensive investigation, deputies arrested Jarron Isiah Dickens, 20, of Eminence.
Dickens has been formally charged with:
- Statutory Rape – First Degree (Unclassified Felony)
- Statutory Sodomy – First Degree (Unclassified Felony)
Judge Brewer of the 37th Judicial Circuit issued warrants for both offenses. Bond is set at $500,000 cash only.
Because the case involves a child, the Sheriff’s Office is withholding details that could identify or further harm the victim.
Sheriff Steven Hogan commended Captain Noble for her professionalism and compassion throughout the investigation, noting that crimes against children are among the most difficult cases law enforcement encounters. He also recognized the courage of those who report abuse, calling it a critical step in protecting victims and holding offenders accountable.
The Sheriff’s Office says it remains committed to thoroughly investigating allegations involving vulnerable members of the community.
