Licking, MO. – Earlier this week, the Licking Police Department made an announcement regarding the arrest of a 19-year-old who was arrested with charges involving the stealing of vehicles and items, and possession of meth.
This arrest surrounds events between July 12th through the 22nd, where multiple vehicles were broken into, with items inside being stolen. Video surveillance led to Faun Jackson IV, a 19-year-old Licking resident being identified as the suspect. Jackson was found with the stolen items, most of which were able to be returned to their owners.
On July 23rd, Jackson was found to be in connection with multiple motor vehicle thefts. A search warrant was executed on Jackson’s residence where more stolen items were found, in addition to methamphetamine.
Jackson was then arrested on 5 counts of Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, 4 counts of Stealing, and 1 count each of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
Investigation is ongoing.
