Larry Miller of Success, MO. passed away at his home on August 15, 2026. Larry was born on November 29, 1946, to Dallas and Georgia Miller of Hooker, MO. (around the Clementine are). He married Hazel (Huff) Miller of Success. MO in August of 1995.
Not long after graduating in May 1964 from Newburg High School he went to work at McDonnell Douglas manufacturing plant in St. Louis, MO. After this job he began his lifelong job of being an over-the-road truck driver, which he loved to do, until his retirement. His faith brought him to the Assembly of God churches. The last one he attended was the Assembly of God Lighthouse Church in Duke MO, where he loved to praise God in song by playing his guitar at the services. His favorite songs were Go Tell it on the Mountain and Amazing Grace.
Those left to mourn his memory is his biological son, Tracy Miller of Success, step- daughter, Sandy Tabor of Plato; step-son, Larry Wayne Coffey of Mountain Grove; brother, Lonnie (Marilyn) Miller of Newburg; sister, Patsy Myers of Newburg; his step grand kids, Kassey Coffey of Bucyrus and Travis Tabor of Mountain Grove; and his nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his loving wife, Hazel Miller; parents, Dallas and Georgia Miller; brother, David Miller; and baby brothers, Danny Joe and Terry Lynn. He will be missed by all his family and friends.
