The countdown is on for one of Willow Springs’ favorite fall traditions! The 52nd Annual Bear
City Fall Festival will take place Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in
downtown Willow Springs.
Vendor registration is now open, and businesses, organizations, crafters, artisans and other
vendors are encouraged to reserve their space as soon as possible.
Festival vendor spaces fill up quickly, and those who wait too long to register run the risk of
missing out. At times, vendors have actually been turned away because space was already
full. Don’t let that happen to you! Get your registration in today.
Online vendor registration is available through the Willow Springs Chamber of Commerce

The Bear City Fall Festival brings people downtown for a full day of shopping, food,
entertainment and community fun. With vendors lining the downtown area, the festival is a
great opportunity for local businesses and entrepreneurs to showcase what they have to offer
and connect with customers from throughout the area.
Whether you’re a longtime festival vendor or this will be your first time participating, space is
limited and registration is first come, first served.
