Mizzou wrapped up training camp Saturday, with coach Eli Drinkwitz announcing star running back Ahmad Hardy will miss the September 3 season opener against Arkansas Pine-Bluff. Hardy is recovering from a gunshot wound and did not practice during camp. Drinkwitz says Hardy will need two full weeks of practice before returning to game action. Jamal Roberts is expected to handle most of the Tigers’ running back duties.
