A Bucyrus man suffered minor injuries Tuesday evening after his pickup crossed the center of Route MM and crashed, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Troopers say the 76‑year‑old driver was heading west when his 2024 Chevrolet Silverado left the roadway, struck a MoDOT sign, and then hit a tree. The truck was totaled and towed from the scene.

The driver, who was wearing a seat belt, was airlifted for medical treatment.
