Memorial Services for Doris Brinkley, Age 85 of Hardy, Arkansas will be held on Saturday, September 12th, 2026 at The New Hope Baptist Church, Hardy, Arkansas, beginning at 1:00 PM. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 12-Noon.
Arrangements under the direction of The Tri-County Funeral Home, Hardy, Arkansas.
Doris “Doddie” Moore Brinkley was born in Anderson, Indiana to George and Marie Jones. She died at her home near Hardy, Arkansas. Doris spent her life loving kids and animals while providing companionship as a wife and homemaker. Her strong Christian faith was shown through her efforts as a sincere prayer warrior.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 67 years, Paul Brinkley; one daughter, Paula; two brothers, Russell and Eugene Jones; and four sisters: Zoah Moore, Janet Hoover, Iris Whitenaker, and Sandra Stepp;
Survivors include her twin sister, Donna Moore of Anderson, IN and her adopted family all of Hardy: Ronnie and Kathy Greene, grandchildren: Kaily Greene, Kevin and Hope Greene; great-grandchildren: Mathew, Macy, and Madeln Greene; as well as her New Hope Church family along with many other good friends.
