The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Los Angeles Rams 27 to 7 last night (Thursday). The game was the first-ever regular season football game played in Australia.
The 49ers were led by quarterback Brock Purdy who threw for 205 yards and three touchdowns. He also ran for another 29 yards.

The two teams will meet up again during Week 14 in December.
