Cheryl Patricia Reynolds, 79, West Plains, Missouri, passed away at 9:30 a.m., Monday, September 7, 2026, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, Missouri.
She was born March 17, 1947, at New Haven, Connecticut, to Charles Henry Bertrand and Beryl Louise Prentice Bertrand. Before her retirement, Cheryl was a CNA. She grew up in Japan and loved the culture. Cheryl enjoyed visiting with friends and watching Project Runway; she also enjoyed her personal time. She loved her family and her cat, Sassy. Cheryl loved sweets and had a sweet tooth. She will be missed by many. The family wishes for people to take time and think of her in happy thoughts.
She is survived by four children, Wayne Cormier and wife, Melissa, Lorie Ferrante, Donna Kinney and Christa Cormier; twelve grandchildren, Staci, Stephanie, Jordan, Amber, Timothy, Brendon, Kimberly, William, Stephen, Madelyn, Jacob and James; six great-grandchildren, Hailee, Madeline, Marceline, Tanner, Gannon and Miles; two sisters, Karen Leduc and husband, Roger and Carol Case; and several nieces and nephews.
Her parents, one daughter, Rebecca Cunningham and two brothers, William Bertrand and Charles Louis Bertrand, preceded her in death.
Memorial contributions may be made to West Plains Regional Animal Shelter, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
