Ellsinore, MO. – An Ellsinore man is facing multiple criminal charges after crashing his vehicle twice while intoxicated, says the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
This arrest took place on Sunday, September 13th at around 7:11pm. The patrol says that Brian Morgan, 29, was spotted at around 6:30pm travelling off of State Route A near County Road 346, hitting a culvert with his Chevy truck. Morgan left before law enforcement could arrive, but crashed his vehicle again shortly after and was arrested.

Morgan was taken to the hospital for minor injuries, and now faces 6 criminal charges as a result of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a crash, and having no valid license while operating an unregistered vehicle.
