The offender was arrested on a charge of Rape on 12/26/2002 in Baxter County. He was later found guilty on an amended charge of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree on 05/01/2003 and was given a four-year suspended sentence. Information indicates this offense involved sexual contact with a 13-year-old female. The offender was later arrested on 03/28/2013 for Failure to Register in Marion County, arrested on 11/18/2021 for Failure to Register in Sharp County, and arrested again on 06/15/2025 for Failure to Register in Baxter County.
