A 67-year-old Mountain Home man was arrested Monday afternoon by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Department. Jody Devoe Cotter is charged with Rape- Guardian or Family, and 4th Degree Sexual Assault.

He posted bond of $25,000 and is scheduled to appear in court October 12th. The accused is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of legal jurisdiction.
