A Thayer man has been arrested and formally charged in Oregon County following a Friday investigation. Michael Edward Fuller, 35, was taken into custody by the Thayer Police Department on Sept. 18 and initially placed on a 24‑hour hold pending charges.
Later that day, an Oregon County warrant was issued charging Fuller with first‑degree sexual abuse involving a victim under 14, a Class B felony. His bond was set at $100,000 cash or surety. All charges are allegations, and Fuller is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
