Memorial Services for Catherine “Cathy” Anne Lambert, Age 64 of West Plains, Missouri will be held on Sunday, October 4th, 2026 at The Cornerstone Family Worship Center, West Plains, Missouri, beginning at 4:00 PM.

Our loving Mother was called to Heaven by our Lord and Savior on September 24, 2026, at 12:15 p.m. surrounded by her loved ones.
Cathy was born on February 20, 1962, in Anchorage, Alaska, to Edmund Joseph Lambert and Martha Jane Lambert. As a baby at just six months old her family moved to Los Angeles, California, where she was raised and lived most of her early life. She met the father of her children, Tony Pray, and from that relationship came two children, David Pray and Samantha (Sam) Spencer. Cathy moved to West Plains, Missouri, in 1997 where she made her life with her children.
She was a professional housekeeper for over 30 years, she also worked security at NBC Studios with her Mom, but most recently, in the midst of her diagnosis, she retired from housekeeping at the Howell Oregon Electric Cooperative after 13 years.
She was a huge history buff, movie buff and baker. She could have had PhD in sass and sarcasm but most of all she was the best Mom and Grams anyone could hope for.
The joys of her life were her two children, her grandchildren, and puppies; Copper, Jerry Lee, and Tucker. She had a strong belief for God and was a Christian.
She leaves behind her two children; David Pray of West Plains, Missouri, Samantha Spencer & husband Nathan Spencer, a special bonus daughter Monique Campbell, and five grandchildren; Karen, Kayleigh & Kylie Pray, and Noah & Emma Spencer, all of West Plains, Missouri, one sister Dawn Humphries & husband Ed, two nephews; Ryan & Josh Humphries, one niece Stephanie Erickson, great nephew Sean & great niece Joanna Erickson, all of Powder Springs, Georgia. Cathy also leaves behind her special friends Yen Evans, Cheryl Murphy, and Elizabeth Turner, as well as all of her many Howell Oregon buddies and many other friends.
She will forever be missed and if you ever had the pleasure of receiving a baked treat from her remember how much she loved you.
