A Willow Springs man was hurt early Sunday after an ATV crash north of town.
The Highway Patrol says the 42‑year‑old was westbound on County Road 3780 around 1:50 AM when his Can‑Am Outlander struck a stump in a driveway, ejecting him from the vehicle.

He was not wearing a safety device and suffered moderate injuries. Air Evac transported him to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. The ATV had no reported damage and was driven from the scene.
