A Norfork man with a lengthy local arrest history is facing three new charges after being booked into the Baxter County Jail late Sunday.
According to jail records, 40‑year‑old John Lee James Morris was arrested by the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office and booked at 7:10 p.m. on October 4, 2026. Morris, who has 25 prior BXSO bookings, is charged with three counts of Cruelty to Animals.
