A Mansfield man is facing a third‑degree assault charge after police responded to a disturbance on North Ash Street on October 4.
According to a probable cause statement, officers say Isaac Honeycutt admitted he confronted a neighbor in the street and struck him during an argument over his driving.

When officers arrived, they reported Honeycutt smelled strongly of alcohol and had injuries to his knees and right hand. The other individual involved had a minor injury above the eyebrow.
Honeycutt was taken into custody and transported to the Wright County Jail. His bond has been set at ten thousand dollars.
