Melbourne, AR. – The Izard County Sheriff’s Office has announced they’ll be participating in National Drug Take Back Day on October 24th.
This will take place from 10am to 2pm, where residents can bring unused, unwanted, or expired prescription medications to the Sheriff’s Office for disposal.

The Sheriff’s Office will be offering free donuts to those who show up, and want to remind the public they have two permanent boxes set up for medication disposal in Melbourne and Horseshoe Bend in their office locations.
