Ozarks Pet Rescue will hold a pop‑up meet‑and‑greet event this afternoon, offering residents a chance to meet cats, kittens, and a few dogs looking for new homes. The event runs from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m. at 833 East Main Street in West Plains, across from Ozark Action in the Feller Construction strip mall.
Organizers say visitors can interact with adoptable animals and learn about the rescue’s mission. Adoption fees will be discounted by twenty‑five dollars during the event. The rescue encourages the community to stop by and help place pets into loving homes.
