The Izard County Sheriff’s Office wants children and their families to enjoy a safe and fun Halloween.
In accordance with the Arkansas Sex Offender Registration Act (A.C.A. § 12-12-901 et seq.), the Izard County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the following addresses associated with registered Level 3 and Level 4 sex offenders registered with our office.

Individuals identified on this list should not participate in Halloween festivities involving contact with children. This includes decorating for Halloween, handing out candy, or participating in other activities where they may have contact with children, consistent with applicable legal restrictions.

All Level 3 and Level 4 sex offenders registered with our office, along with Level 2 sex offenders who meet the requirements for public disclosure under state law, are listed on our website.
Level 1 offenders and some Level 2 offenders are not listed under state law.
This list does not include individuals incarcerated at the Benny Magnus Unit, of the ADC, who may appear in some online search engines.
