From Shannon County Sheriff Steven Hogan:
On October 19, 2026, I received a report regarding the theft of a 2023 Can-Am Outlander 700 ATV, valued at approximately $10,000, along with a trail camera. The theft occurred near Forest Service Road 3261, approximately five miles east of Winona, Missouri.
Following my investigation, probable cause was established, resulting in a felony arrest warrant being issued for Jonathan Taylor Needels of Winona, Missouri.
Needels was subsequently arrested on the following charge:
Stealing — $750 or More (Class D Felony)
The warrant was issued by the 37th Judicial Circuit Court on October 21, 2026, with a $10,000 surety bond.
This remains an active investigation, and additional charges are anticipated as the investigation continues.
