The Mountain View Chamber of Commerce is inviting area professionals to a Lunch & Learn session focused on recognizing and managing workplace burnout. The event will take place at noon on November 10 at the Chamber office, located at 125 West First Street in Mountain View.
Guest speaker Davine Conover, a business development specialist, will lead the session. Attendees will learn how to identify key signs of burnout, understand its root causes, distinguish recovery from coping, and apply techniques for setting healthy boundaries in the workplace.
Advance lunch tickets are available for $10, with tickets priced at $15 at the door. Registration is open by calling 417‑934‑2794 or emailing chambermvmo@gmail.com. The program is sponsored by Ozark Federal Credit Union.
