The Shannon County Sheriff’s Office has recovered a work van that was reported stolen from the Eminence area and is continuing to investigate the case.
In a press release, Shannon County Sheriff Steven Hogan said the van was recovered at approximately 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 25. Hogan said the vehicle had been the focus of an ongoing investigation and credited a concerned citizen for providing information that helped lead to its recovery.
Authorities have not released additional details about the case, citing the active nature of the investigation.
Sheriff Hogan is asking anyone with information about the theft of the van or the circumstances surrounding the case to contact him directly at 573-226-3615. He also thanked the public for its continued support and cooperation and encouraged residents to share information about the investigation.
