A Howell County man is facing multiple felony charges following an alleged domestic assault investigation. Dale Vernon Cooper has been charged with first-degree domestic assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. Court records show his bond has been set at $50,000 cash or surety.
According to a probable cause statement filed by the Deputy Tyler G. Investigators reported observing injuries to the victim’s neck and face consistent with her account, and deputies recovered a knife blade and a board with nails from the scene.
