The Izard County Sheriff’s Department has released its weekly incarceration report for the week of April 7 through April 13, 2025. Below is the list of individuals detained by the Sheriff’s Office during this period.
All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Michael Nails, 63, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 7 for possession of a controlled substance.
Blake Chadwick, 33, of Russellville, was arrested on April 7 for probation violations.
Michael Upton, 69, of Guion, was arrested on April 7 for public intoxication.
Robert Rice, 47, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 7 for domestic battery (3rd degree), false imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a minor, and resisting arrest.
Kagni Gillihan, 39, of Melbourne, was arrested on April 8 for driving while intoxicated (DWI).
Amy Smith, 47, of Violet Hill, was arrested on April 9 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kaden Williams, 20, of Melbourne, was arrested on April 12 for underage possession of alcohol.
Meili Delargy, 19, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 12 for underage possession of alcohol.
Justin Wilson, 44, of Violet Hill, was arrested on April 12 for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
David Rogers, 20, of Melbourne, was arrested on April 13 pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
Jennifer Leonard, 22, of Melbourne, was arrested on April 13 pending formal charges related to possession of a controlled substance.
