Weekly Report: Sharp County Sheriff’s Office Activity Summary for Week Ending April 18

Marion County, AR — For the week ending April 18, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office responded to a total of 75 calls for service, reflecting a steady workload for local law enforcement.

Deputies conducted two wellness checks, made three misdemeanor arrests, and one felony arrest. In addition, deputies assisted and/or investigated three vehicle accidents and completed 21 incident reports.

The department also provided three hours of bailiff duty during the week.

Marion County investigators opened one new felony case and one misdemeanor investigation. As part of their ongoing work, investigators conducted five interviews and executed one search warrant.

At the Marion County Detention Center, 16 inmates were booked and 16 were released, leaving the facility with a total of 39 inmates by the week’s end.
